Bird with the Broken Wing
As little children, my brothers and I would climb up on our Grandma's bed and ask if she could tell us some stories. One of the stories most requested during visits was Bird with the Broken Wing. I can remember feeling sad when the the big beautiful Maple, Oak and Elm Trees treated the poor little bird so badly even though it was probably scared and lonely. Thankfully enough, help was always around the corner with the Pine, Fir and Juniper Trees coming to the rescue.
Even as a little one, I decided that I wanted to be more like the Pine, Fir and Juniper Trees-helping those in need. It is my hope that this story will bless the next generations of little ones to come as much as it blessed me so very many years ago.

The Best Little Discombobulated Angel
Little Angel starts her day snuggled in bed thinking about the goodness of the Lord. All too quickly the day is slipping away and out of bed she dashes. Away she goes happily making her way through her daily chores getting into muddled messes along the way. At day’s end, Little Angel is all cleaned up and ready for bed. Once again, she enjoys time with the Lord acknowledging that she might just be the best little discombobulated angel ever created. She also knows that someone special loves her!
